About Us
Dan's Automotive Repair and Sales was started back in 1994 by Dan Richard. Dan has worked in the automobile field for over 31 years. He's been a licensed Maine state motor vehicle inspector since 1983.
Dan is proficient in auto mechanics, metal fabrication, welding and automobile body work and painting.
Dan is also active in civic affairs and is currently a member of the Rumford Parks
Committee.
Dan's son, Joel, is following in his
father's footsteps and works part time as a mechanic at the shop and in his spare
time, enjoys working on his "drifter" race
car.
